WARRANTY

1. Limited Warranty

Sunny Designs, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the dealer’s purchase date. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects confirmed by Sunny Designs.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Repair or replacement of defective components at Sunny Designs’ discretion

• Warranty service coordinated through an authorized dealer

What Is Not Covered

• Damage from neglect, misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper handling

• Commercial, institutional, or non‑residential use

• Wear to hardware, casters, or moving parts

• Damage from improper storage, extreme temperatures, or humidity

• Normal wear and tear

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Items returned without original packaging (subject to deductions)

Freight Responsibility

If Sunny Designs determines that a factory return is necessary, the customer is responsible for all packing and freight costs both to and from Sunny Designs, regardless of warranty status.

2. Return Policy

All returns require a valid Return Authorization (RA) Form and RA Number. Items returned without an RA will not be accepted.

Credit & Fee Conditions

• Items damaged due to neglect will be returned at the dealer’s expense

• Unrepairable, neglect‑damaged items will not be credited; dealers may retrieve them within 30 days

• Mis‑ordered returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee, and the dealer is responsible for return freight.

• Items returned without original packaging incur a 15% deduction

• Dealer‑level repairable defects may receive predetermined repair credit

• Replacement items are invoiced; returned items are credited after inspection

• No “even exchanges”

3. Return Procedures

1. Request an official RA Form from Sunny Designs

2. Complete and submit the form for review

3. Sunny Designs issues an RA Number if approved

4. Customer returns the item within the allowed timeframe

5. Returned items must include the RA Form and RA Number

6. Sunny Designs inspects the item upon receipt

7. Credits or charges are issued based on inspection

8. Customer is notified and account adjustments are made

4. Additional Terms

• Sunny Designs determines warranty eligibility at its sole discretion

• Repair, replacement, or credit decisions are final

• Policies may be updated without prior notice
