This Online Policy Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Sunny Designs website and all related digital content, materials, and services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. Product Information, Specifications, and Modifications

Sunny Designs makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, dimensions, finishes, pricing, and other information displayed on the Site. However, all such information is provided on an “asis” and “asavailable” basis.

Sunny Designs expressly reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, discontinue, or update any product specifications, dimensions, finishes, materials, pricing, or design details. All listed dimensions are approximate and may include molding profiles or natural variations inherent to handcrafted or natural materials.

2. Color, Finish, and Material Variations

Due to differences in digital displays, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of wood, textiles, and other materials, the colors, textures, and finishes shown on the Site may not precisely match the actual product. Sunny Designs does not guarantee exact color or finish representation.

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact their retailer to view the actual product or request a physical finish or fabric sample prior to purchase. Sunny Designs is not responsible for discrepancies between digital representations and physical products.

3. Pricing, Availability, and Retailer Policies

All pricing displayed on the Site is subject to change without notice and may vary by retailer, region, or promotional period. Product availability is not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on inventory levels, production schedules, or retailer stocking decisions.

Sunny Designs does not sell directly to consumers. All purchases, returns, exchanges, delivery arrangements, and warranty claims must be handled through the authorized retailer from whom the product was purchased. Retailers maintain their own independent policies, and Sunny Designs is not liable for retailer actions, representations, or service outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site—including but not limited to product images, descriptions, graphics, logos, design elements, and digital assets—is the exclusive property of Sunny Designs or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Sunny Designs.

5. Website Use and Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any activity that may compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of the Site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to access restricted or secure areas without authorization
  • Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Interfering with the Site’s performance or attempting to modify its content
  • Using automated tools to extract data or content without permission

Sunny Designs reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates this Agreement.

6. ThirdParty Links and Retailer Websites

The Site may contain links to thirdparty websites, including authorized retailers. Sunny Designs is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any thirdparty site. Accessing such sites is at the user’s own risk.

7. Warranty and Service Information

Warranty terms vary by product category and retailer. Customers must refer to the warranty documentation provided by their retailer at the time of purchase. Sunny Designs may provide general care and maintenance guidance but does not administer warranty claims directly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunny Designs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Site, reliance on product information, or interactions with thirdparty retailers.

9. Policy Updates and Amendments

Sunny Designs may revise, update, or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the most current version of the Agreement. Users are responsible for reviewing this Agreement periodically.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflictoflaw principles.
